glock 30 p80

Glock 30 P80 - I built a Glock! sort of milled the frame a bit to get a glock. Basically, I dremeled and put together some polymer until the slider and bottom pieces fit. It's not exactly complicated, but I'll admit I've done enough before I can fly reliably. Purchased Polymer 80 is not considered a firearm. You can literally buy it on Amazon and ship it home. Some states have unusual laws regarding the series of firearms you build, but most don't. The Polymer 80 frame is not based on an actual Glock frame, but works with Glock parts. Polymer 80 introduced some improvements to the design of the PF940V2.

It is worth noting that they changed the grip ergonomics for the better. There are no finger grooves and the grip angle of the Polymer 80 frame is 1911ish 18 degrees compared to the standard Glock 22 degrees. The gun also has a full-size Picatinny rail.

There is also a beavertail on the back of the frame (but it is longer than the standard Glock frame). This is the standard Glock 17 full size frame, but they also offer hybrid frames with Glock 17 slides in 26, 19 and Glock 19 grips. These frames are designed to work with Gen 3 parts.

I don't want to go too deep into the build process or the milling process. Milling Polymer 80 was so easy I just used a Dremel and a pistol drill. Of course, Polymer 80 provides the jig and drill bits needed to finish the gun. I also used a small file to fit the slide into the frame.

I used a Gen 3 Glock 17 slide which appears to be a crossover of the Larry Vickers version. It's the FDE and Ameriglo sports scenes. I've been keeping this barrel for a while and I don't know exactly who makes it. No markings other than the caliber and model number. It's been given to me. It is a threaded stainless steel barrel that fits and works effortlessly.

The gun uses OEM parts on the outside of the rails, which consist of 80 polymer. I use an extended magazine release and an extended bolt. Installing parts to the Glock is extremely easy, even easier than with the AR 15. To be clear, building the Polymer 80 is very simple and easy to make.

Hitting the range is a matter of miss or miss with the Polymer 80. The first few times I went to the range I had crashes, came home, sawed a bit and hit the range again. I've read on several forums that you need to drive it a few hundred times before the slider will work reliably. I certainly did when applying.

I always call the idea of hacking into a new weapon crap. It's 2019, more precisely modern production. However, I am by no means a modern artist. My gun needed a break, so I loaded three ETS 31 magazines. With each magazine, the gun got a little better. I had a lot of failures to pick up and throw away along the way.

The scheme was: fire an ammo clip, do some sawing, add some oil, fire another clip…. I was very excited when I ran the full magazine for the first time without any problems. After that the gun ran like a champ. The hack took about 150 rounds, but now works reliably.

The frame shouldn't be too scruffy to fit the breech as the gun is extremely accurate. The barrel is polygonal compared to traditional rifling, but it seems to do the job. The scenes of Ameriglo are generally very beautiful. I bounce the steel fifty yards back on my favorite little popper.

As a full-sized 9mm pistol, you don't expect much recoil and you don't get much. The short beavertail adds a little leverage in the back to hold the weapon and increase control. Fast and accurate shooting is easy to achieve. Since I'm already using a rifled barrel, I can go full bore and throw a comp.

As I mentioned earlier, there were some initial problems until things started to run smoothly. My goal is not to seriously use a gun I built myself, but I want it to work. I seem to have overcome some real reliability issues.

I want to make sure the storage is compatible. What's the point of a Glock if Glock magazines aren't used reliably? I tested it with the aforementioned ETS magazines, Magpul Glock magazines, KCI Glock magazines, and OEM magazines. They all work reliably and without problems when it comes to insertion and ejection. The same goes for feeding gun bullets.

As far as ergonomics go, I really love this gun. The grip angle is great and the lack of finger grooves is a big deal to me. It's a wide grip, but I have big hands and I love it. The extended magazine release and slide lock are very cool. As with all Glocks, my thick thumb holds the bolt lock so the bolt doesn't open when the gun is empty.

Polymer 80 has a deep cut under the trigger guard, which allows you to hold the weapon higher and exercise greater control. Additionally, the magazine release has an excellent relief cutout, which makes the magazine release more accessible than a standard Glock magazine release.

Painful Stippling!!! I Bought A Used Glock 30s And It Is Great! Accurate, Reliable, And Killing My Hands! It Came Stippled, And Shooting A Full 10 Round Magazine Is Physically Painful. How

Overall, I prefer the ergonomics of the Polymer 80 frame to the standard Glock. I prefer the Polymer 80 frame compared to the new generation 5. The grip angle is much better and feels more natural to me. This is subjective and is understandable if you want a standard grip.

One of the coolest features is that Polymer 80 is a blank canvas. Glock has a huge aftermarket and you can start from scratch and build the gun you want with the trigger, controls, bolt, sights and barrel.

I have found that the P80 does not fit some of the holsters I have for my classic Glock 17, however others fit well. This is something you should definitely research before purchasing a holster.

The Glock Gen 3 has a very wide range of aftermarket locks and these are the most popular lock options. The Polymer 80 PF940V2 is quite customizable and you can dig deep to make it the weapon you want. This is one of the coolest projects I've done in a while and I can't wait to build another one.
